As a student of the Seventies Miss Sutherland as she was affectionately called, came to us at Indelendent City School in 1976. We was probably her first set of student she taught of course this was the genesis of a motherly relationship I along with other pupils then grand mothers and Fathers nowhere had to this day, in the form of a group where we communicate daily up the the point of her transition.
