We do this by providing cost-efficient access to comprehensive, wellness education and preventive health care, mental health and social services. Regardless of the patients’ ability to pay, NOMC is the medical home for more than 2,500 local musicians and tradition bearers.
This is a memorial site for Ross, a place for family and friends to share photos and memories. Information will also be posted here about upcoming Celebration of Life and tribute events.

Ross Hallen's life was much like the old saying about the month of March: He roared in like a lion, and went out like a lamb. Along the way he made a lot of great music, produced some excellent photography projects and video documentaries, and above all else fathered Ellis Dixon Hallen, his beautiful son. Ross Hallen's life was much like the old saying about the month of March: He roared in like a lion, and went out like a lamb. Along the way he made a lot of great music, produced some excellent photography projects and video documentaries, and above all else fathered Ellis Dixon Hallen, his beautiful son. He was gregarious, creative, and deeply emotional, and in addition to his artistic talents he was a black belt in karate and a dedicated yogi. He loved spending time out in nature, whether at the beach or in the mountains, but was never happier than when he was on stage tearing it up with his bandmates. He touched many, many lives in his 60 years, and he will be deeply missed.
