Felipe Vivas Norcio, beloved father and grandfather, was born on 11 April 1939 in Los Banos Laguna. He was the only son among seven children of Basilio and Maria Norcio. Felipe passed away last 25 April 2022 at Sta Rosa Medical Hospital and Medical Center. 

Felipe was a loving father, who is survived by his wife, Lourdes Norcio; his siblings, Virginia, Laura, Dr. Norma, Luz and Dr. Gloria; his children, Janice Fides and Gary Campbell, Florence Calub, Dr. Lawrence and Dr. Huei Li Norcio, Maria May and Jonas Janas, Annafel and Gilbert Dollesin; his grandchildren Kyla, Jordy, Trent, Adrian, Austin, Kaisser and Amira. Funeral services are under the direction of Zhen Sherwin Homes Purok 2 Banlic, Cabuyao, Laguna, Philippines.
